We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Project Management/Change Management Expert with a proven track record of successfully leading complex projects and driving organizational change. With over 10 years of hands-on experience, the ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of project management methodologies and change management principles.

Responsibilities:

  1. Project Leadership:

    • Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
    • Develop comprehensive project plans, identifying key milestones, dependencies, and resource requirements.
    • Provide strategic guidance to project teams and stakeholders, fostering collaboration and efficient project execution.
  2. Change Management:

    • Lead and implement change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions during organizational transformations.
    • Conduct impact assessments to identify potential challenges and develop mitigation plans.
    • Champion a culture of change readiness, ensuring employees are engaged and equipped to embrace new initiatives.
  3. Stakeholder Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
    • Effectively communicate project progress, risks, and changes to key decision-makers.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for project objectives.
  4. Risk Management:

    • Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize negative impacts.
    • Implement proactive measures to address unforeseen challenges and changes in project scope.
  5. Continuous Improvement:

    • Drive process improvements and innovation within the project management and change management functions.
    • Analyze project outcomes to identify opportunities for optimization and efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) and Change Management certification (e.g., Prosci) is highly desirable.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, complex projects with a focus on successful delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
  • Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
