As a Business Architect with over 7 years of experience, you will be a key player in driving the alignment of our business objectives with cutting-edge technology solutions. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to develop and implement strategic business architectures. The successful candidate will leverage their extensive experience to analyze and optimize business processes, ensuring that our organization operates efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop comprehensive business strategies aligned with technological capabilities.

  2. Business Process Analysis: Analyze existing business processes, identify areas for improvement, and propose innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  3. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless integration of business processes and technology solutions.

  4. Architectural Design: Develop and communicate architectural plans, blueprints, and roadmaps to stakeholders, translating complex business requirements into actionable solutions.

  5. Technology Alignment: Ensure that technology solutions align with business objectives and contribute to the overall success of the organization.

  6. Risk Management: Assess potential risks and challenges related to business processes and propose mitigation strategies.

  7. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve and optimize business processes.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
  2. 7+ years of experience in Business Architecture with a proven track record of successful projects.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
