     Job Description:

       The OD Specialist designs and maintains the systems and processes for job creation, job evaluation, organizational structure design, and organizational change rules. the specialist designs the system for the job grading and evaluation of job positions.

       Responsibilities:

1. Skilled in conducting organizational assessments.
2. Understanding the business and operating models.
3. Designing organization models and analyzing roles.
4. Analyzing roles, conducting value chain analysis, and impact analysis of functional and positional organization structure, changes in job titling framework, and career architecture.

       Requirements:

1. Experience working in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region.
2. Fluency in Arabic is essential, both written and spoken.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide innovative solutions.
4. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
5. Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
