The Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from planning and sourcing to candidate onboarding. This role involves working closely with internal teams and hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, find the right talent, and ensure smooth onboarding of new hires. The consultant will also support recruitment system implementation and reporting processes using SAP and other tools, contributing to the organization’s staffing goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment Planning and Strategy:

    • Develop recruitment plans and prioritize hiring needs.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to align recruitment strategies with business goals.
  2. Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

    • Search for and identify potential candidates for open positions.
    • Conduct personal interviews and develop competency-based interview models.
  3. Offer Preparation and Negotiation:

    • Prepare and present job offers to candidates.
    • Negotiate terms with selected candidates and finalize offers.
  4. Process Coordination and Feedback:

    • Communicate with candidates to provide timely feedback on interview results.
    • Ensure positive candidate experiences throughout the recruitment process.
  5. Onboarding Coordination:

    • Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring smooth integration into the organization.
  6. Recruitment System Implementation (SAP):

    • Implement recruitment processes in the SAP system to improve efficiency.
    • Generate regular recruitment reports and analyze hiring data.
  7. Internal Transfers and Promotions:

    • Manage internal transfers and promotions (e.g., rotation, replacement, and position changes).
  8. Recruitment Reporting and Analysis:

    • Analyze hiring data and prepare reports on recruitment activities and outcomes.
    • Identify areas for improvement in recruitment strategies and processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    • 3-7 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
    • Hands-on experience with SAP recruitment modules or similar HR systems.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms.
    • Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
    • Analytical skills to track and report recruitment metrics.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
    • HR-related certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
