We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with 8-10 years of expertise in business analysis, ideally within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and project objectives. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive business requirements, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
    • Work closely with stakeholders to understand, gather, and document business requirements.
    • Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications for technical teams.
    • Create comprehensive business analysis documentation including process maps, business cases, and requirement traceability matrices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
    • Partner with Product Owners, project managers, developers, and other departments to ensure alignment and shared understanding of project goals.
    • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights, address challenges, and ensure stakeholder expectations are met.
  • Analysis & Problem Solving:
    • Analyze complex business problems, propose solutions, and develop business cases to support decision-making.
    • Review and evaluate processes to recommend improvements and innovative approaches to meet business objectives.
  • Project Support:
    • Provide ongoing support during the implementation of projects by clarifying requirements, assisting with testing, and ensuring alignment with specifications.
    • Track progress, identify risks, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Agile & SDLC Support:
    • Work within Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to support iterative development and testing.
    • Provide input during sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure business requirements are addressed.
    • Support the software development lifecycle (SDLC) by collaborating with developers and QA teams to ensure quality and functionality align with business needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    • 8-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Skills:
    • Strong expertise in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and functional requirements.
    • Proven experience translating business needs into clear and actionable functional specifications.
    • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and analyze complex issues.
    • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with a history of working with cross-functional teams.
    • Proficiency in using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello) and familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
    • Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical concepts.

Education & Certifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
