We are seeking an experienced Strategy Transformation Manager with 10-15 years of experience to lead the development and execution of innovative business strategies that drive organizational growth and transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting and expertise in strategic planning, helping organizations navigate complex changes while aligning their long-term vision with operational realities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Lead the development and execution of business transformation strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market dynamics.
  • Business Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to design and refine business strategies that support growth, innovation, and competitive advantage.
  • Consultative Expertise: Apply management consulting methodologies to assess the organization’s strategic needs, identify gaps, and recommend actionable solutions.
  • Market Analysis & Benchmarking: Conduct detailed market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and industry trend evaluations to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Change Management: Partner with change management teams to ensure the smooth execution of transformation initiatives, minimizing disruption and maximizing value.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, including finance, operations, and technology, to integrate strategic plans across the organization.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key internal and external stakeholders to communicate strategic priorities and ensure alignment across all levels of the organization.
  • Performance Measurement: Develop KPIs and other performance metrics to track the success of strategic initiatives, ensuring that goals are met and adjustments are made as needed.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for innovation and operational enhancements in business strategies and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 10-15 years of experience in strategy development, with at least 5 years in management consulting.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale business transformation initiatives.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop data-driven strategies and insights.
  • Deep knowledge of strategic planning frameworks and methodologies (e.g., SWOT, PESTLE, Porter’s Five Forces).
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management capabilities, with experience managing complex initiatives and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation and innovation strategies.
