Talent Acquisition Senior Specialist
Location: onsite in Amman, Jordan (or remotely from outside of Jordan).
Employment Type: Full-time, contracted.
Experience Level: 3-5 years.
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in connecting top-tier talent with our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Conducting Interviews: Conduct thorough interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit within our clients' organizations.
Client Interaction: Regularly communicate with clients to understand their specific hiring needs and establish a deep understanding of their organizational culture and values.
Candidate Profile Presentation: Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients, highlighting key skills, experience, and suitability for the roles in question.
Requirements Evaluation: Evaluate client requirements to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the qualifications, experience, and attributes needed for successful candidate placements.
Stakeholder Management: Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills by effectively collaborating with both clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process.
Client Expectation Management: Manage client expectations by providing realistic timelines, setting clear expectations, and addressing any concerns or challenges that may arise during the recruitment process.
Salary Negotiations: Facilitate salary negotiations between clients and candidates, ensuring a fair and mutually beneficial agreement for all parties involved.
Outsourcing/Recruitment Firm Experience: Leverage your previous experience in working at outsourcing or recruitment firms to bring industry best practices, innovative sourcing strategies, and a deep understanding of the talent landscape.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist with a focus on outsourcing or recruitment firms.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Demonstrated success in managing client relationships and exceeding recruitment targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
