We are looking for an experienced Business Process Reengineering (BPR) Manager with 10-15 years of experience to lead and execute large-scale process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong management consulting background, with expertise in analyzing and redesigning business processes to achieve organizational efficiency, improve service delivery, and reduce operational costs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Reengineering Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams in reengineering core business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and redesigning workflows to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement BPR strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on maximizing value, cost reduction, and improving overall performance.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with executive leadership and key stakeholders to define reengineering objectives, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy.
- Change Management: Oversee change management activities, ensuring smooth transitions to new processes and systems, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Data-Driven Analysis: Utilize process analysis tools and data analytics to assess current operations, identify bottlenecks, and measure improvements post-reengineering.
- Management Consulting Expertise: Apply management consulting frameworks to guide organizations through complex reengineering projects, delivering insights and solutions to drive efficiency.
- Process Documentation: Develop detailed process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and related documentation to ensure clarity and consistency in redesigned processes.
- Training and Development: Provide training and support to employees on new processes and systems, ensuring successful adoption across the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Foster a mindset of continuous process improvement, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies to stay ahead of operational challenges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 10-15 years of experience in business process reengineering, with at least 5 years in management consulting.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale BPR projects in complex organizations, preferably across multiple industries.
- Deep knowledge of process improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or similar frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess processes and recommend practical, scalable solutions.
- Excellent project management skills, including managing timelines, budgets, and resources.
- Effective leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide senior stakeholders.
- Strong experience in change management and driving organization-wide process transformation.
