We are seeking a highly motivated PMO Consultant/Senior Consultant with 1-4 years of experience to support the Project Management Office (PMO) in delivering high-quality project management services. The successful candidate will assist in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of project management standards, tools, and processes. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, aligning with the strategic goals of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in establishing and maintaining PMO methodologies, processes, and tools to ensure effective project delivery.
  • Support the PMO in tracking and reporting project progress, risks, issues, and performance against set KPIs and objectives.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with PMO standards and best practices.
  • Participate in project planning sessions, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budgeting.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination between project stakeholders, ensuring timely issue resolution and decision-making.
  • Help to manage project documentation, ensuring that all deliverables are complete, accurate, and properly archived.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and recommend process improvements.
  • Assist in the development and delivery of project management training to team members.
  • Provide analytical support by producing reports, dashboards, and performance metrics for senior management and stakeholders.
  • Support risk and change management activities, ensuring appropriate controls and governance are in place.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-4 years of experience in project management, PMO support, or consulting roles.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., PMBOK, Agile) and best practices.
  • Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
  • Basic understanding of budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or other relevant certifications are a plus but not required.
