We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee and deliver projects remotely with few site visits to our client's location in the UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects within specified deadlines, all while managing resources, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring project objectives are met.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Execution:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and schedules.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
  • Manage the execution of the project from initiation to closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.

• Stakeholder Management:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
  • Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and milestones to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate site visits to the UAE as needed, ensuring effective communication and progress tracking on-site.

• Remote Team Coordination:

  • Lead and manage a distributed team, ensuring tasks are completed according to the project plan.
  • Foster a collaborative working environment, using remote project management tools to maintain team alignment.

• Risk Management & Problem Solving:

  • Proactively identify project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impacts.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve project challenges to maintain project momentum.

• Reporting & Documentation:

  • Prepare regular project status reports and updates for both internal teams and clients.
  • Maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring knowledge transfer and lessons learned.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in a remote work environment.
  • Prior experience managing projects in the UAE or GCC region is a plus.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Trello, Jira).
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).

• Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a remote work setup.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Travel Requirements:

  • Willingness to travel for site visits to the client's location in the UAE as required (occasional, based on project milestones).

• Education & Certification:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, or related field.
  • PMP or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
