Job Summary:
We are seeking a Labour Market Analyst with substantial experience to support a key project. The candidate will be responsible for performing comprehensive studies and analysis on labor market trends, policies, and concepts, including labor productivity, national indicators, and wage protection laws. Prior experience working with government ministries, particularly in the Gulf region, is highly desirable. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel to Doha required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth labor market studies and analysis on industry trends, employment rates, labor regulations, and labor productivity, including its contribution to GDP.
• Analyze and calculate labor productivity metrics, contributing to national economic indicators.
• Provide insights and data-driven recommendations to inform policy decisions and strategic initiatives related to labor economics and wage protection.
• Collaborate with ministries and governmental bodies to support ongoing labor market projects, including national indicators for labor markets (المؤشرات الوطنية لسوق العمل).
• Utilize knowledge of international labor laws, wage protection laws, and ILO guidelines, especially AQUAD job classification standards, to inform labor market assessments.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations based on research findings.
