We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Security Expert with extensive experience in process design to join our partner company's team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cyber security, process documentation, and analysis, with a proven track record of at least 8 years in the field. The primary responsibilities will revolve around understanding client processes, documenting them effectively, and ensuring that the process architecture is aligned with industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct Meetings with Clients:

   • Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their current processes related to cyber security.
   • Document client requirements, objectives, and existing processes through comprehensive meetings and discussions.

2. Participate in Process Documentation:

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document client processes accurately and comprehensively.
   • Utilize various tools and methodologies to capture process flows, dependencies, and key stakeholders.

3. Process Analysis:

   • Analyze documented processes to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
   • Ensure that the process architecture is clear, logical, and properly connected to achieve optimal security outcomes.

4. Best Practices and Standards:

   • Stay abreast of the latest cyber security trends, best practices, and industry standards.
   • Provide insights and recommendations based on industry benchmarks to enhance process effectiveness and security posture.

5. Communication Skills:

   • Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
   • Facilitate discussions, workshops, and presentations to disseminate findings, recommendations, and project updates.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in cyber security, with a focus on process design and documentation.
• In-depth knowledge of cyber security principles, methodologies, and technologies.
• Proficiency in process modeling and documentation tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and identify improvement opportunities.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or equivalent are a plus.
