We are seeking a motivated and analytical Strategy Consultant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, an ability to work collaboratively, and a passion for helping clients achieve their strategic objectives. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results for our clients.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyze client or external data and present findings to project teams in a clear and actionable manner.
- Client Engagement: Assist senior team members in understanding and articulating client needs.
- Solution Design: Collaborate in designing innovative solutions to address complex client challenges.
- Research and Tools Development: Conduct independent data-gathering activities and design qualitative and quantitative research tools.
- Best Practices Implementation: Prepare studies and analyses based on global and local best practices.
- Strategic Initiatives: Propose initiatives, develop specialized plans, and define project scopes to achieve client objectives.
- KPI Development: Formulate strategic objectives, KPIs, and targets to measure performance effectively.
- Project Monitoring: Oversee the implementation of initiatives, document achievements, and track progress toward goals.
- Risk Assessment: Assess project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize negative impacts.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution in a relevant field.
- Consulting Experience: Relevant consulting experience, preferably in strategy consulting or a multi-client consulting environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal business communication skills.
- Frameworks Knowledge: Familiarity with the Kaplan/Norton framework or other performance management methodologies is highly desirable.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to analyze complex data, identify patterns, and deliver actionable insights.
