We are seeking an experienced Power BI Consultant to design, develop, and implement robust Power BI dashboards and solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in both the front-end visualization and back-end data modeling, ensuring a seamless and insightful user experience. This role requires working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements, building dynamic dashboards, and optimizing data models for performance and scalability.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain end-to-end Power BI solutions (including dashboards, reports, and datasets).
• Design and optimize data models (back-end) to ensure performance, scalability, and data accuracy.
• Create engaging and interactive front-end visualizations that meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Perform regular troubleshooting, performance tuning, and optimization of reports and dashboards.
• Provide training and knowledge transfer to end users and internal teams.

Key Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI (dashboard development, data modeling, and reporting).
• Proven ability to develop both front-end visualizations and back-end data models.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a passion for data storytelling.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical deliverables.
